Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
